Fully Functional "Top Cop" Mode for NFS HP2 [V1.0]

This is a project I started in 2008 but was discontinued because the interest in NFS HP2 is low nowadays. If I can get at least a few people interested, willing to contribute to the game, I will go on.
The idea is replacing the boring Championship mode with the never finished Top Cop mode. I mean, not just enable it while it's full of bugs, but finish what EA didn't. That's why I need some people to participate and to test because I want it to be a fully working mode and balanced as much as we can.

Update 1 - Introducing "Pursuit & Capture" Mode

In the V0.2 I have added two more events making it 3 in total so far. All events are taken from the original Top Cop and edited in order to work (available cars/tracks are untouched). The 2 new events are quotas while the first event was originally Pursuit & Capture.

Since this mode is bugged & won't work I decided to do it based on my fantasy. The new mode is similar to a Quota but you are chasing a much difficult opponent. Of course, medal requirements are much lower too. (need at least 1 capture to secure the bronze & 3 to secure the gold)

Update 2 - Introducing "Departmental Exam: Point to Point" Mode

A new race mode is added in update V0.3. It's some kind of departmental exam where you have to deliver a car to the finish line in the given time. There is traffic but no cops as you are a police officer.

Update 3 - Introducing "Departmental Race" Mode

The title says it all. You are racing against other police officers and you have to place Top3 in order to get a medal (Just like a normal race). Just like the above, there is traffic but no cops.

Update 4 - Introducing "Departmental Exam: Time Trial" Mode

This is similar to "Point to Point" event but in this one, you have to beat a certain lap time while you have 3 laps in your disposition.
The first 9 events are fixed up to this update. Stay tuned for more!

Update 5 - Introducing "Departmental Tournament" Mode

It's the last race mode that my custom Top Cop will have (all other modes are authentic, I have edited only 2 because they were bugged. Other characteristics aren't touched, except time limits & rewards to make a balanced & enjoyable game).
The tournament consists of 3 "Department Races" & points are calculated just like in HP & Champ modes.

Update 6 - Top Cop mode has reached 20 working events!

20 fully functional events, 6 different race types! In a few days, I will be able to complete the project, it will still be open for testing though.

Update 7 - Top Cop mode is complete, 33 fully functional events!

I decided to work on the remaining events and release the whole package. Well, here it is!
It has a fully functional tree of 33 events including a "Special" event where you can use an Undercover McLaren F1 to chase other suspects. (This was made by me cause F1 doesn't come with a pursuit version) Enjoy!

I have some queries. But I will post them after I try your mod. My HP2 doesn't work on my 64 bit Windows 7. I will find out its solution & try your mod.

I suggest you guys wait a little more, the complete tree of 33 events will be released tomorrow (unless I encounter any problem).
