    Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition

Post by D4RKCOD3 on Sun Feb 05, 2012 2:55 am

This game was released back in '05, for Xbox, PS2 and PSP. A year or so later a "Remix" version (with 24 additional cars and bikes, as well as the Tokyo map) was made available for all mentioned platforms except the PSP. It's possibly my fav non-NFS racing game. Huge car list, bikes, customization (in an intelligent manner), speed, police chases and the maps (San Diego, Atlanta, Detroit) made for an awesome game. Does anyone here play it?

I used to play it at a friend's house, it was actually a pretty good game as I remember Smile
I remember making a pretty sweet Charger with a blown motor, side exhaust and Torq-Thrusts; man, I loved that car XD

My Charger on that game had the Daytona conversion. It was a pretty cool idea of theirs to allow us to do that kinda stuff on the classic muscles. Not like what EA did from Carbon on.

Yeah, it was really nice to have body modifications that actually made the car look nice, not like the comic book bodykits from EA Rolling Eyes

It is not the Judge version. Also note that the Charger R/T in the game (other than the '69 one) is the 1999 concept, which is even better than the 2005 IMO.

I have that. It's a badass game. Then I got MC:LA and an Xbox 360. Now my PS2 is packed up.

Charger Concept? Cool. You know, you and Ramcharger must know, what The Judge come out only in 1969. There are no '68 Judge's (anyway, '68 and '69 GTOs are pretty close, so there are a lot of "self-made" '68 Judges based on GTO... Or even Le Man or Tempest ).Anyway, thanks for pics.

I played LA Remix on the PSP. Didn't like it as much as the previous one, but it was still awesome. And the car list was a dream as well - 1969 Boss 302, 1971 Miura SV, 1979 Firebird, Cobra Concept...pity the Corvette Z06 handled so awfully when compared to the Saleen Mustang.
The police pursuits were also cooler, IMO.

It's called the PSP versions don't promote the full versions of the game. They never do.
