      Just one question to you...Which one is easier Zmodeler or the 3ds max??...

      3ds Max all the way, once you get used to it, it becomes very very easy to model in it.
      But at first its pretty complex with all those tools you've got.

      Render, since I then Apply turbosmooth and the polycount shoots up through the ceiling,

      And if I get to the stage I do lots of details(once done on the M3 which is now corrupt files ;( )

      Chally Update: there
      Mostly body complete time to do some make the basic wire have doorlines in it, then do the doorlines and detach it all
      then also do the windows and other stuff, polycount: 50k

      And I threw in a pic of the current state of the skykline too:
